GEMMA BYRNE

This is Seamus, a stop-motion onion puppet, I made during my final year at IADT. Seamus lives in a dumpster with his other rotten vegetable friends who are all trying to escape!

I made the armature from wire, K&S and balsa wood. His body is carved from upholstery foam and his head from blue foam and wooded beads for his eyes.. He is covered in cotton fabric, silk and onion skin, his hands are made with wire, latex and cotton wool.
